1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between wick71 (the "Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the wick71 website and associated services (the "Player", "you", "your"). By accessing any part of the wick71 platform, including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their content;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.

wick71 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Continued use of the wick71 platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version. The date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version came into effect.

If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the wick71 platform immediately and contact wick71 support to request account closure. Closing your account does not release obligations that arose during the period in which the previous Terms applied.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The wick71 platform is intended for adults only. The following eligibility criteria must be met before a player may register an account or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from using wick71 in any capacity. This restriction applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any particular region of Bangladesh.
• Residence: You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

wick71 employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and may request supporting identity documentation at any time. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the required timeframe will result in account suspension and, where necessary, return of the verified deposit balance.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating an Account

To access real-money games and betting markets on wick71, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number (a Bangladeshi number is required), and a valid email address. You must not provide false, incomplete, or misleading information during the registration process.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active wick71 account. The platform's fraud detection systems monitor for duplicate account creation on a continuous basis. Operating, or attempting to operate, more than one wick71 account — whether under the same name or using different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, wick71 will permanently close all accounts associated with the individual, forfeit any outstanding balances, and cancel any pending bonuses. This policy applies without exception.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wick71 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. wick71 will never contact you by email, telephone, or live chat to request your password. Any instruction purportedly from wick71 asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to wick71 support immediately. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact wick71 support immediately to request a temporary account lock while the situation is investigated.

3.4 Account Information Updates

If any of the information provided during registration changes — including your email address, mobile number, or residential address — you must update your account details promptly. wick71 is not responsible for communication failures or delayed withdrawals resulting from outdated account information. Changes to registered name or date of birth require supporting documentation and must be requested via the wick71 support team.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wick71 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank internet banking, City Bank internet banking, and BRAC Bank internet banking. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits are displayed in the payment section of the player account dashboard and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Own Payment Methods Only

Players must only use payment methods that are registered in their own legal name. Deposits made from a third-party bKash, Nagad, or bank account are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned where possible and the account flagged for compliance review. wick71 is not liable for funds lost as a result of a player's use of a third-party payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. Processing times are as follows: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 1–4 hours of request approval; bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 4–24 hours depending on the receiving bank's settlement windows. These are indicative timelines only; wick71 does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe.

Before any withdrawal is approved, wick71 may require the player to complete identity verification (KYC). Required documents include a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport) and, in some cases, proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 days of being requested will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is complete.

4.4 Transaction Disputes

If you believe a deposit has not been credited to your wick71 account correctly, you must contact wick71 support within 30 days of the transaction date and provide the relevant transaction reference number from your bKash, Nagad, or bank statement. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be investigated. wick71 will endeavour to resolve all transaction disputes within 5 business days of receiving complete supporting documentation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

wick71 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. The availability, value, and conditions of specific bonuses are set out in the promotional material accompanying each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion only.

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or, in some cases, the combined bonus and deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are clearly stated in the offer terms at the time the bonus is made available.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Each promotional offer is available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria — which may include minimum deposit thresholds, account verification status, and the period during which the offer is valid — are stated in the specific offer terms. wick71 reserves the right to withdraw or modify a promotion without prior notice if circumstances require, including where a promotion is being abused or where the promotional terms contain a material error.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

wick71 monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same welcome bonus across multiple accounts; placing low-risk or hedged bets specifically to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; coordinating with other players to meet wagering conditions collectively; or exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations. Where bonus abuse is detected, wick71 reserves the right to void the bonus, remove any associated winnings, and, in serious cases, close the player's account permanently.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirement attached to a bonus is not completed within the specified validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the player's account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is the player's responsibility to monitor the expiry dates of bonuses credited to their account.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wick71 platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with games, place bets, or execute any other platform function;
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or sports betting market with the intention of gaining an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or miscalculations to gain a financial advantage — players who discover such errors must report them to wick71 support immediately;
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or mobile wallet provider without first raising the dispute through wick71's official support channels;
• Using the wick71 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other service designed to conceal your true geographic location;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your wick71 account to any other person;
• Providing false or misleading information to wick71 support staff during any communication.

6.2 Game Integrity

All games hosted on the wick71 platform are powered by independently certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by our provider partners — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. wick71 does not alter or interfere with game outcomes. Published RTP (return-to-player) percentages reflect the statistical long-run return built into each game's programming and are not a guarantee of any individual player's outcome in any single session.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your wick71 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method. Any active bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. wick71 will confirm account closure by email or SMS within 2 business days of receiving your request.

7.2 Closure for Breach of Terms

wick71 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — without prior notice — where there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, age misrepresentation, or any other activity that endangers the integrity or security of the platform. In cases where account closure follows confirmed fraud or terms breach, wick71 is not obliged to return any funds held in the account at the time of closure.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the wick71 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion through the account dashboard or by contacting wick71 support directly. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of 6 weeks to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be blocked and the player will be removed from all marketing communications. 7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. wick71 reserves the right to levy a monthly dormancy fee on dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified by email or SMS before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in to the platform and complete any identity verification steps that may be required.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

wick71 aims to provide uninterrupted access to the platform at all times, but does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, or circumstances beyond wick71's control — including third-party network outages, payment gateway downtime, or force majeure events — may result in temporary service interruptions. wick71 will endeavour to minimise disruption and will communicate planned maintenance windows with reasonable advance notice.

8.2 Gambling Losses

Gambling involves financial risk. The outcome of games and betting markets on wick71 is determined by chance or sporting results outside wick71's control. wick71 is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of participation in games or sports betting on the platform. Players are responsible for managing their own betting activity and must not wager more than they can afford to lose. wick71 strongly encourages all players to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform, including deposit limits and session time-outs.

8.3 Third-Party Content

Games hosted on wick71 are provided by third-party game studios. While wick71 works exclusively with reputable, internationally recognised providers, wick71 is not liable for technical malfunctions in individual game titles. 8.4 Maximum Aggregate Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wick71's total aggregate liability to any player — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

8.5 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through wick71's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration. Players retain the right to escalate unresolved complaints to wick71 support in writing at any time.

8.6 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and wick71 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
